RETURNS

We are happy to offer full refund, exchange or store credit for products returned within 21 days of receipt and in their original condition. If you are unsatisfied with your product simply inform us at hello@orris.co.uk You can read about the easy process below. When you return an item please make sure to mention your order number to which the product relates, your details and whether you want a refund, an exchange or store credit.

 

REFUNDS

Please allow us with 5-15 business days from our receipt of your goods to process your return purchase. Once your return is received, we will send you an email notification. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow up to 5 working days for exchanged goods to be delivered or for a refund to be credited to your account. This timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer. If you chose to return your purchase you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Consonantly a refund will only be given for the cost of the product you purchased. When shipping your purchase back, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as a guarantee for a safe return delivery.
